Introduction At Bra Republic, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchases. If for any reason you are not happy with an item, our return policy makes it easy to make a return or exchange.

Return Conditions

  1. Time Frame: Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of receipt.
  2. Condition of Items: Products must be returned unworn, undamaged, and with all original tags attached. Hygiene stickers (if applicable) must remain in place.
  3. Non-returnable Items: Due to hygiene reasons, certain items such as underwear, swimwear (if the hygiene strip has been removed), and cosmetics cannot be returned unless they are defective.

Return Process

  3. Packing Items: Safely pack the items in the original packaging, including any accessories or free gifts that came with the product.

Refunds

  1. Processing: Refunds are processed within 14 days after we receive the returned item at our warehouse.
  2. Method of Refund: Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
  3. Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Faulty or Incorrect Items If you receive a defective product or an incorrect item, please contact us immediately at hello@brarepublic.com with the order number, the faulty item's name, and a description of the problem. We will prioritize the resolution of such cases.
